This is a wonderful website for those interested in canoeing on the Waterhen River.... We are planning to go from Tawaw Cabins to the 155 Bridge starting July 1, 2022. Would love to chat with you folks about going when the water levels and flows are quite high.

Good morning, my name is Marissa, and I work for AECOM Canada ULC. AECOM on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (MoH) would like to notify an Application for Approval has been made under the Canadian Navigable Waters Act for the Bridge (Removal-existing) on the Martineau River, at approximately 54˚ 42’ 52N, 109˚ 51’ 9 W, Section 15, Township 66, Range 26, W3M, in the Province of Saskatchewan.

You may visit Transport Canada's Common Project Search - Navigation Protection Program Registry (https://common-project-search.canada.ca/?GoCTemplateCulture=en) searching the Registry number: 13840 to submit until February 6, 2026, at 1:00 a.m. MST of any concerns relating to the Project.

A post on the Government of Saskatchewan's Website has been published and can be viewed here https://www.saskatchewan.ca/government/public-engagement/martineau-river for any additional information on the Project.
